WeVidIt Media, Inc. (“WeVidIt Media”) and WeVidIt, Inc. (“WeVidIt”) has the following Terms of Use that may apply to one or both entities. Note that WeVidIt Media and WeVidIt (Together, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) share technology, such as this Sites, and all users must agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. By using this Site, even if just browsing, you are bound by these Terms. To be clear, these Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you on one hand and WeVidIt, Inc., WeVidIt Media, Inc. and any other affiliates on the other hand. If you have any questions on the meaning of any language within these Terms or in understanding these Terms, consult with an attorney before using. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

The Terms contain five parts: Part 1, Terms of Use governs the general terms of the Site and Services, Part 2, Investor Agreement governs Investors and investment in Offerings hosted on the Sites, Part 3, Issuer Agreement governs certain matters applicable to creators who may or may not be pursuing services hosted by the Sites, and Part 4, Consent to Electronic Delivery of Communications, and Part 5, the Privacy Policy.

Although we have many features, our service provides a platform for creators, if approved to do so, to seek investment for their projects and where investor browsing opportunities can m make investments. Registered users can enjoy all features on our Site if they agree to these Terms.

The following definitions are used in these Terms:

• “Agreement” means these Terms and any section within these Terms.
• “Applicant” means a company that has applied to be listed on the Site, to gain investors through issuing securities.
• “Content” means the images, text, and other content you see on the Site. On some parts of the Site, Users can upload Content.
• “Company” or words like “we” and “us” mean either WeVidIt Media, Inc. or WeVidIt, Inc.
• “FINRA” means the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
• “WeVidIt” means WeVidIt, Inc.
• “Investor” means a User who uses the Site to browse investment opportunities.
• “Issuer” means a Creator that is issuing a securities’ Offering that is listed on the Site, trying to gain investment money from investors.
• “SEC” means the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
• “Service” means everything we do at the Site.
• “Site” means the website located at www.WeVidIt.com and/or the mobile applications located at the App Store and Google Play.
